HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. 
Items on sale for 40% or more & custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If there are any mistakes or changes in your order you must contact us through email (contact@dbljewelry.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. This change request may not be guaranteed depending on the step the jewelry is within the creation process. We can cancel any orders within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the items have not yet been shipped.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?

We do not offer refunds, however, we provide store credit for your returned order. It's important to note that store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime.
