FAST & FREE SHIPPING!

 We ship all orders from our New York warehouse Tuesday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 5-10 business days (T-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. 

For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 7-14 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at CONTACT@DBLJEWELRY.CO.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.DBL Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through USPS.COM
