Jewelry Creation: Please allow 4-7 business days for pendant jewelry to be shipped out . As for CUSTOM pieces, please allow 7-14 business days of creation before shipment as each is handmade to order.

STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE UNITED STATES. (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) 
Standard shipping usually delivers within 3 - 7 business days to addresses in the continental United States. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to several other factors including product availability and credit card authorization. 

RUSH ORDER: Orders with this shipping setting chosen at checkout will be created the next day and shipped within 1-3 days. Rush order shipping is available for all custom and regular jewelry pieces!

 

International Standard Shipping:
This service is delivered by the United States Postal Service and typically arrives within 10 to 21 business days but may take up to 10 weeks depending on the particular country's customs policy.  Please note that US Postal Service International First Class Mail does not offer tracking information or insurance outside of the U.S. Please note that the customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties, or any other fees that may be imposed upon delivery. We are unable to cancel an order due to non-payment of the above named fees.

 



International Express Shipping:
This service is delivered by USPS and typically arrives within 3 - 5 business days. The 3-5 business days is only the shipping time and does not include the 3-10 day creation period if your pieces are custom. This service provides a tracking number for your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties, or any other fees that may be imposed upon delivery.
