We have a 14 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns/exchanges, however monetary refunds will not be issued. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be returned with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. Custom items are final sale.

How Long Will it Take To Get my Necklace?

Due to the increased amount of orders, please allow 3-10 business days for pendant jewelry to be shipped out. As for CUSTOM pieces, please allow 7-14 business days of creation before shipment as each is handmade to order by the designer. 

All Orders between July 8-14 2021 will have a 7-14 day creation period due to the high volume of orders, we thank you for your patience!

Holiday Shipping: Delays in shipment tend to occur during this busy season. If this happens simply contact USPS or Fed Ex directly for more information.

What material are the necklaces made of?

24K / 18k Gold Filled/ 18K Gold plated Stainless Steel:  Layer of gold adheres to the silver through an electroplating bath.
Can I wear my jewelry in Water?
**Jewelry labeled 18K Gold filled can be worn in water without tarnishing up to 4 months. Although we are not liable for jewelry that tarnishes after 4 months, offer replacement jewelry for a fee. Please email us at contact@dbljewelry.com for more information.
Jewelry with the best care may last more than 6-24 months. If jewelry is marked with a stainless steel base, it lasts 2-4 years without tarnishing. For the best care of your jewelry, remove jewelry when sweating/ wearing perfumes/ lotions. If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance. However, we do offer cleaning and repair services for a fee. Please contact our customer service team for further details at contact@dbljewelry.com for an assessment and we will send you a free estimate.

Jewelry Order Cancellations 

We want you to receive your jewelry as soon as possible. In turn, we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team, within 24 hours of your purchase, via contact@dbljewelry.com and we will make every attempt to honor your request. After 24 hours we are unable to cancel as the order has already began production.

Please note: Personalized pieces are not eligible for cancelation once the order has been placed, or for return at any time. If you would like to adjust a personalized piece in your order we ask that you reach out to us immediately after your purchase. In most cases, we will not be able to adjust the order, but we will do our best to assist you.

We cannot update discount code promos to your order after your order has been placed.

Jewelry Personalization & Pendant Changes:

Once your order is processed, it is immediately sent to the creation process. If there are any mistakes with the personalization & pendant orders, you must contact us through email ( contact@dbljewelry.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. This change request may not be guaranteed depending on the step the jewelry is within the creation process.

Ex: If your necklace has been created but has still not been personalized, we are able to change the personalization. However, if the personalization was already made on the order, we are unable to cancel or fix the piece. We are sorry for this inconvenience. 


We only accept exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. We will not accept an exchange if requested more than 7 days after the purchase. DBLJEWELRY.COM orders may be returned by mail, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All clothing items with must have a tag still attached for an exchange. The return label will be paid for by the customer. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove this tag.


What if my necklace does not fit?

Please Email us immediately after you order your necklace if you would like to request for your necklace to be a longer length! Our chains are usually 16 - 18 inch long, however you can request a 20-24 inch for a small fee. 

If you would like to change your chain after receiving your order and it has been past 7 days, you can purchase a new chain on our chain bar.

 What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet , we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A $5 fee for repostage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again. Please email contact@dbljewelry.com with any questions or concerns.

What if my package is lost?

DBL JEWELRY is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact USPS as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.

What if my package was returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $4 USD. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.

What if my jewelry breaks?

If jewelry is damaged upon arrival due to a defective piece or damaged during shipment, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence in order for us to send you a brand new piece. However, after 48 hours we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer. 

We offer jewelry repair/exchange for any damaged necklace/bracelet/ring/waist chain from DBL JEWELRY for a fee. Please email us with a photo of the broken piece & our team will let you know the fee we will charge for repairing your jewelry piece.
