Stolen Packages: Covered only with DBL Protection. If marked delivered but missing, notify us within 14 days (after waiting 5 days for carrier delay).
Lost in Transit: Covered only with DBL Protection. If tracking shows no updates for 7 consecutive days, reach out within 30 days for a free replacement.
Add DBL Package Warranty and Protection before checking out to qualify for warranty.
Damaged Items: All orders automatically include a 30-day warranty against defects. Adding DBL Protection at checkout extends your coverage to 80 full days.
