USA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges & Returns for Store Credit valid within 14 days of delivery. 
Items on sale for 40% Off or more and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging. A $5.95 shipping/ handling fee of will be deducted from your return. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs. 
Once your exchange or return is received, it will be inspected. If your return is received with visible wear or damage, DBL Jewelry reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns at any time.

For non U.S orders, we only offer Returns for Store Credit. International Customers are responsible for their own shipping label. Items must be returned with tracking. DBL is not responsbile for returns lost during transit. Please email contact@dbljewelry.com to start your return.
