At DBL, we want you to wear your pieces with total confidence. To ensure your order is protected against unexpected damage, lost shipments, or theft, we offer optional DBL Package & Item Protection at checkout.

Damaged Items Covered for 30 days Covered for 80 days Within 30 - 80 days of delivery
Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered, Not Received) Not Covered 100% Covered Report within 14 days of marked delivery (Must wait 5 days first)
Lost in Transit (No Tracking Movement) Not Covered 100% Covered Report within 7 days of last tracking update.
