I ordered the carnelian amulet and it was absolutely dainty and beautiful. Everything that I was searching for, unfortunately the chain broke two days after receiving. I emailed customer service at around 7PM that night and surprisingly they answered me back, asked for photos and rest assured that it would be taken care of. They got one put in the mail for me the same week! Instead of sending the chain they sent me a whole new necklace and I could not be more grateful for them. Now, that is what you call five star customer service! I am a forever customer!
